My order is damaged what do I do?

Go to route.com and file a claim, all orders placed with us automatically are covered under route.

Who Do I contact about missing prints?

support@wildflower-handmade.com send an email with picture of damages, package and invoice

Any order issues, damage or missing prints must be notified to us within 5 business days of delivery. After that we are unable to correct the issue. 

Pressing Instructions

Full color I recommend first getting a temp gun and making sure your heat is correct. For myself I press at 360 for 7 second I recommend starting low and peeling slow, if you see anything sticking turn the heat up and press again, make sure your pressure is super high.

For single color I recommend pressing at 325 for 7 seconds
